Host & Co-Host Guide
Introduction
Greetings, Management! This document contains all of the vital information that the Host and Co-Host of training sessions should understand. Below you can find scripts and any information related to hosting or co-hosting a session at WashPro. If you have any questions, please let a member of the Operations Department know.
Session Roles
Session Outline
The host and co-host must join the Training Hub 20 minutes prior to the start of the training session.
Use the command “!host me” to team yourself. Do NOT make anyone else host! After roling yourself, open the role panel and apply the Co-Host role to your session Co-Host.
At XX:40
Run role-claim in #mr-discussion in the Discord server:
Make sure whoever claims their role is the proper rank. Once staff members start joining the game, you may rank them with the roles they claimed by following the pictures below.
Search up the username of each person once they are in-game, or scroll down to find them. Then, assign them with the role they claimed.
Logging
Hosts and/or Co-Hosts are responsible for logging all attendees in ReAdmin. Go to the ReAdmin home page, then go to Sessions, and find the session you claimed. Then create a server, and log all the attendants accordingly.
At XX:50
Post the following announcement in #sessions in the Discord server:

Send the following command in-game using /c system or the commands bar:
pm admins ⚠️ If you have to go AFK throughout the session, please inform myself of the Co-Host before doing so. If you need to rejoin or refresh, please also inform me before doing so.
At XX:52
Send the following command in-game using /c system or the commands bar:
m ❓’PTS’ is now enabled. If you have any questions/concerns, please state ‘PTS’ in the chat to gain assistance from a Staff Member.
pm admins ✋’PTS’ is now enabled, please ensure that you are actively answering these requests. Please also remember that ‘PTS’ requests are one of your responsibilities before the session commences.
At XX:58
Send the following command in-game using /c system or the commands bar:
m 🛑’PTS’ is now unavailable. No further PTS requests will be accepted from this point onwards.
At XX:00
Post the following group shout in the WashPro Roblox Group
🧽 [TRAINING] The training session is now slocked! If you could not make it, don’t fret as many more will be hosted in the future! Why not head down to the carwash for a needed spa day? 🚗
Session Cancellation
If there are no trainees in-game by the start time, then cancel the training session. Conclude the session in-game by using the ‘End Session’ button in the host controls. Additionally, make sure to delete the session announcement in the Discord server.

🧽[TRAINING] The training session has been canceled due to internal difficulties! However, don’t fret as many more sessions will be hosted in the future. Why not head down to the carwash for a needed detailing? 🚗
Ranking
Once an individual PMs you to rank their members, you should teleport to them and use the Ranking panel to pass/fail them. Please see the manual ranking below if the GUI does not work. If the member has the points necessary to pass, you can press the black “Pass” button. If they have less points, please press the red “Fail” button. The images below show the Ranking panel in-game. The green outlines the “Pass” button, and the red outlines the “Fail” button. Please ONLY rank after they have finished training and have the appropriate number of points for their succeeding rank.
Manual Ranking
If the ranking GUI does not work, then you must manually rank each member via the group.
Concluding
Once all passers have been ranked to their succeeding rank, then you can end the training session. First, conclude the session in-game by using the ‘End Session’ button in the host controls. Then, delete the session announcement in the Discord Server.
