In this section, you will find useful information that will be resourceful if you’re interested in receiving a promotion from the Operations Team in the future. This segment will only serve as a reference for general information you can read on how to earn the position. It’s completely up to you whether you do obtain it or not. To have greater chances, please make sure to thoroughly review this entire segment.

General Tips

• Following Conduct: Exemplifying your best overall behavior will highly increase your chances. This includes utilizing grammar and displaying professionalism at all times.

• Good Reputation: Being cooperative with your peers and our customers will set a good image for yourself. When we scout for possible new employees, we look for individuals who have a positive reflection set for themselves.

• Fulfilling Requirements: Being able to perform all of your staff duties and requirements quickly and efficiently will be noticed from Operations Department members when they supervise.

• Not Hinting: Any type of hinting towards a promotion will automatically lower your chances of receiving one. Hinting for a promotion will lead to a punishment by a member of our Operations Department, and you might even possibly get warned/demoted.

• Exceeding Expectations: Consistent activity daily is crucial, we recommend you spend time at the carwash persistently. Just doing the bare minimum requirements for your rank will not get you noticed: we recommend going above and beyond your peers.
