Alliance Visitation

Introduction

Greetings, Management! This document will go over our alliance visitation regulations. WashPro is an establishment within the Roblox platform which would like to maintain a drama-free, and professional atmosphere within our affiliations. Attempting to find any loopholes or ways to violate our rules without disciplinary actions will result in consequences.

Visitation Rules

You may decide that you’d like to visit one of our alliances on behalf of the Management Team at WashPro to take a photo with their lovely workers and/or engage in their community. The visits that members of our Management Team take, ensure that we maintain a healthy relationship with our affiliates. On behalf of both the Operations Department and Communications Department, we ask that you adhere to the following rules and regulations listed below. Failure to abide by the regulations listed below will lead to a disciplinary action.

• Grammar Utilization: Upon visiting an affiliate, it is required that you use grammar to display professionalism at any point that you’re representing WashPro. If you’re visiting the alliance with your friends and don’t plan on taking an affiliation photo, then grammar is not required. Although if you plan on taking an affiliation photo, grammar is required.

• Behavior: When on an affiliation visit, you must remain professional and behave appropriately at all times. Trolling at an affiliation facility is strictly prohibited and will lead to a disciplinary action from a member of the Operations Department if a report arises subject to the situation.

• Clothing: When visiting an alliance, your attire matters, this must be not only formal, but also professional. Your avatar should be dressed according to our Staff Dress Code when visiting an affiliation facility or attending a public event. On any other occasion, such as visiting an alliance with your friends, formal attire isn’t required, although your attire must be appropriate.

Affiliate Discord Server

Some members of the Management Team may choose to communicate with members of our alliances’ community members via their Discord server. Please note it’s important to remember that you are representing WashPro at all times whilst being a member of our Management Team. As of this, we ask that you to adhere to the rules listed below:

• Grammar: Grammar is not required when communicating in our affiliations’ Discord server. This is as we would like our staff to be able to show off their unique personalities and not be restricted by grammar rules put in place.

• Behavior: You must remain mature, appropriate, and follow our affiliations’ rules and regulations within their Discord server at all times. Alongside this, you must follow the terms of service put in place by Discord, and our Management Regulations.

General Information

When visiting an alliance, the Communications Department recommends that you roam around a little bit before taking the photo, this can either be by ordering from someone, talking to community members or even interacting with their staff members. We recommend you do this for around five-ten minutes, before stating something along the times of; “Greetings! My name is [staff-username], and I am here on behalf of the Management Team, here at WashPro! Would you care for an alliance photo?”. Once the staff member has replied and said that they’d be willing to take an affiliation photo, allow them to choose a location, take the photo and post the photo in the #photo-gallery channel in our Discord server.
