Management Information

Introduction

Greetings, Management! This protocol will formally go over our general management information. WashPro is an establishment within the Roblox platform which would like to maintain a drama-free, and professional atmosphere. Attempting to find any loopholes or ways to violate our rules without disciplinary actions will result in consequences.

Code of Conduct

Within WashPro, we aim to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere within our Management Team. The following rules are part of our code of conduct, all staff members must follow these regulations at any of WashPro’s facilities. Failure to abide by the regulations listed below will lead to a disciplinary action

  • Confidentiality: We have a zero-tolerance policy for leaking. As a member of the Management Team here at WashPro, you will gain access to confidential material and exclusive chats that other members not at your access level can view. If you can’t access the information without your rank, we ask that you don’t talk about it, outside of the staff channels. Leaking is the act of relating private information to someone who should not have access to it, this includes, screenshots, videos and recordings. If you share any information outside of these channels, you will be terminated and management blacklisted from WashPro.

  • Grammar: All members of our Management Team are not required to use grammar when talking to your friends or fellow Management Members when at the car wash. However, grammar is still mandatory when attending a training session and in the presence of low ranks. Your sentences should especially remain comprehensible. Keep in mind that this rule should not be abused and it is not a free opportunity for you to be unprofessional. Inappropriate words are still prohibited and this should not be an opportunity to use them or bypass the chat filter.

  • Professionalism: All Management members are expected to be professional in every situation that is deemed “serious”. Even though the term serious fluctuates depending on the purpose, we hope that everyone will understand when to be professional and when it’s not required. All conversations which are deemed as unprofessional for our community, should be taken to the specified staff channel for off-topic discussions.

  • Respect: All members of our Management Team must remain respectful to each and every member of our community here at WashPro, regardless of any situation/circumstance. This includes but is not limited to peers, co-workers, customers, affiliates, and anyone associated with WashPro. Alongside this, we also expect you to respect the chain of command, also known as “higher ranks”.

  • Trolling: All members of our Management Team are not permitted to troll at any of our facilities, or affiliated facilities. You represent our establishment, meaning if you act out, it may come back to the group. Any complaints referred to the Human Resources Department regarding this, will result in punishment.

  • Admin Usage: All members of our Management Team are provided with administrative privileges to supervise our facilities appropriately. You are expected to be responsible and manage your administrative commands appropriately. Failure to do this, and abusing your commands can result in a possible termination, depending on the severity of the abuse.

  • Resignations: If you wish to resign from your position at WashPro, you are required to notify a member of the Human Resources Department. You can easily do this by creating a Human Resources support ticket via our support channel. Once you’ve resigned, you’ll have a 24 hour period to request your position back, upon requesting, a vote will be casted to the Human Resources Department to see whether you’re worthy enough to return back to your position. Please note that we take resignations seriously, and we only allow you to return back to your position once after resigning. Failure to notify a member of the Human Resources Department regarding a resignation, will lead to a management blacklist from WashPro, with the inability to appeal.

  • Leave of Absence: In order to seek a Leave of Absence, you must submit it via the Time Off page on Hyra. Within 48 hours (two days) of submitting your inactivity notice, you should receive a message from a member of the Human Resources Department regarding the outcome of your LOA request. We allow you to take up to a maximum of two weeks for an inactivity notice, although it can be extended if necessary. For more information regarding our Leave of Absence policy, please review our Activity Standards document.

  • Promotions: Management promotions are given out by members of the Human Resources Department, these are given by hard-work, dedication, and most importantly maintaining a stable activity rate. Meeting your weekly requirements, being active within our communications server, and always going above standards are some of the many ways to receive a promotion. Hinting for a promotion will lead to a punishment by a member of our Human Resources Department.

Requirements & Evaluations

Within the Management Team, we have a set of requirements that must be completed every week. Every week on Sunday at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time, ReAdmin will automatically reset activity for the week. Weekly requirements are how we make sure that our Management Team remains active. For those individuals that exceed expectations, promotions will be handed out. For more information regarding our Management Requirements & Weekly Evaluations, please review the Activity Standards page.

Disciplinary Action

If any of our management policies or regulations happen to be violated, consequences will be issued by a member of our Human Resources Department. We ask that you keep in mind to be honest about your mistakes, and reporting them to a member of the Human Resources Department, will lead to your consequences not being as bad. It is your responsibility to be reporting any issues to the Human Resources Department. If you’re found to be reporting someone invalidly, it will lead to a punishment being made towards yourself.

Depending on the outcome of the disciplinary vote held by our Human Resources Department, the seriousness of the behavior and whether you already have a live disciplinary warning, there are various levels of action our Human Resources Department can take:

  • Written Reminder

  • First Written Warning

  • Second Written Warning

  • Final Written Warning

  • Suspension

  • Demotion

  • Termination

You’ll only be dismissed from our establishment for a first incident if it’s an act of seriousness. If you’re given a final written warning, this is your last chance. After this, you may be suspended, demoted, or as a last resort terminated. If you are demoted, you could see your weekly requirements being increased or decreased; your rank responsibilities drop in line with your new position.
