Leave of Absence

We understand that life can be challenging and unpredictable, a Leave of Absence (LOA) is also known as a temporary withdrawal from your position at WashPro. If you feel as if you nedd to take an inactivity notice for a period more than 3 days, you will need to alert a member of the Operations Department by submitting an inactivity notice via our Time Off page on ReAdmin. Qualifications for a Leave of Absence may vary depending on your circumstances and we’ll always find a way to make your LOA process as smooth as possible. When submitting a time-off request, please bare the following things in mind:

  1. Your LOA request must include detail in the reasoning as to why you need to seek a Leave of Absence; this will allow us to determine if your request is suitable and is valid enough for an LOA to be issued.

  2. Your LOA request must be at least 4 days in length.

  3. Your LOA request can be over 30 days, but will require a temporary suspension of your rank and permissions. Requests cannot exceed 60 days without approval of a Corporate Executive+ in Operations.

  4. You should not have taken a period of one (1) inactivity notices this month already. (One per 2 months if over 30 days). If you have reached this LOA limit and are urgently required to take out another Leave of Absence, you are required to reach out to a member of the Operations Department in order to discuss this and see what can be organized. We can look at temporarily reducing your requirements, or providing you an emergency Extended Leave.

  5. You must have met your weekly requirements within a 7-day period, before submitting your LOA request.

Leave of absence restrictions are put in place to prohibit those who are absent from interfering with operations. While you are absent, you should adhere to the following rules:

  1. You are permitted to join our facilities, however, you are not permitted to handle any situations or perform any staff duties. This can include punishing individuals, assisting someone, or working behind booths.

  2. You are not permitted to attend any management events, this includes promotional shifts or affiliate visits/events.

  3. Do not claim shifts or sessions. You do not have to meet your requirements while on leave, unless an Executive has stated otherwise.

If you are found to not be adhering with our Leave of Absence restrictions stated above, this will lead to your initial Leave of Absence request being invalidated and you will be required to meet that week’s weekly requirements for your appropriate rank.

Conclusion

We appreciate each and every member of our Management Team here at WashPro, and we cannot thank you enough for keeping the day-to-day operations of our establishment running. Alongside this, if you have any further questions and/or concerns regarding our Activity Standards, please contact a member of the Operations Department.
