Admin Protocol & Usage

Introduction

Greetings, Management! This document will go over admin usage for each rank. Use this information to ensure that you are using the correct commands for your current position here at WashPro. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please contact a member of the Operations Department.

General Knowledge

As a Management Team member, you are provided with administrative commands to supervise the car wash and ensure smooth operations. The Operations Department is provided with all in-game command usage. Any abuse of these administrative commands provided by the Executive Team will lead to a suspension or termination based on the severity of the abuse.

  • Assistant Supervisor → Assistant Manager: MODERATOR LEVEL ADMIN

  • General Manager → Board of Directors: ADMINISTRATOR LEVEL ADMIN

  • Executive Intern → Senior Executive: SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR LEVEL ADMIN

  • Corporate Executive → Presidential Assistant: DIRECTORS LEVEL ADMIN

  • Vice President → Chairman: LEADERS LEVEL ADMIN

Administrators (General Manager+) are capable of banning for specific reasons such as spamming. Individuals ranked between Assistant Supervisor - Assistant Manager must contact a General Manager+ if they need an individual banned. General Managers and Board of Directors are required to ask for permission from an Executive Intern+ to permanently ban someone with proof.

Punishment Protocol

If there is any kind of disruptive behavior at the car wash, it is all management team member’s responsibilities to deal with the situations accordingly. This is a brief overview of what to do in a given situation. Should any questions arise about a specific scenario, please reach out to an Operations Department member.

Staff Protocol

Any staff member of our lowering ranked team is subject to the same General Protocol. Once the offender reaches the last offense for the designated protocol, it is required to notify an Operations Department member and request a demotion for the individual. Please ensure to grab a screenshot or video evidence for your report.

  • Reports can be made through an Operations support ticket.

Management Protocol

Any management member violating our General Protocol must immediately be reported to the Operations Department. If you see any management team member violate any of the rules within the handbook or from the general protocol, please ensure to report them immediately with screenshot or video evidence.

Usage

This command is only to be used when you wish to sit in a photo. It can only be used on yourself and if this command is abused in any way it will result in a warning. Example: (:sit me/:sit fwaultts)

Conclusion

As a Middle Rank or a High Rank, you’re expected to understand your limits within your administrative powers. If you’re struggling to understand what you can and cannot do, please ask a member of the Operations Department or Executive Team. Using administrative commands incorrectly at any of our facilities, will result in a suspension or a termination depending on the severity of the abuse.
