Shift Guide

Introduction

Greetings, Management! This document contains all of the vital information that all employees must follow and understand when hosting a shift for the WashPro establishment. If you have any questions, please let a member of the Operations Department know.

Regulations

There are a few rules which must be taken before hosting shifts.

• Only AS+ can host shifts

• Shifts must be a minimum of 20 minutes.

• These shifts are not promotional shifts, these could only be hosted by a Department Director.

• Shifts can only be hosted in accordance with the times on ReAdmin.

As the host of the shift, you are responsible for making sure the Car Wash is running smoothly. You must ensure everyone is behaving in a good manner, if you are to catch anyone who is not, you may open a ticket to report the individual to a Corporate Director of Operations.

Starting a Shift

To begin a shift, the host must use the shift shout and post it in #sessions:

Hey there, <@&1204215205186375721>! I am currently hosting a shift, feel free to come down to the car wash and clean your vehicle, order food at the restaurant, or just hang out with your friends. If you are staff, come on down and rack up your minutes and get those weekly requirements in! I'll see you down there! 👋

After you send the shout in sessions you can use the following command to announce at the Car Wash.

:stickymessage 🧽[SHIFT] Greetings everyone! There’s currently a shift in progress hosted by (HOST). If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to find a management member for assistance.

Shift Conclusion

Once the shift has been concluded, you can use the following command to announce the ending of the shift.

:stickymessages 🧽[SHIFT] This shift has now come to an end, so thank you everyone for attending! Feel free to stay in the game and get your car washed!

After ending the shift you must delete your shout in #sessions.
